Digitization is really gaining momentum in the construction industry.
Many factors play a role in the use of digital tools in the construction industry, the need for change, efficiency, and not least new requirements.
One of the areas that we in Ajour find interesting is the new recommendations that the Danish Transport Authority, the Danish Builders’ Association, and Molio Realdania have just launched. A report in which they have analyzed the challenges in relation to BIM and tenders with quantities as well as the possibilities for automating the processes.
Here, the importance is clarified that BIM must be used to create fertile soil for tenders with quantities and tender lists. The purpose is to get a more transparent offer and reduce the cost of surveys and be able to save time through more automated processes.
In Ajour, we have worked intensively with this challenge and we support the process with a modern and simple workflow. We have launched a completely new system, where the process has been refined and where a basis has been created for efficient, automated, and safe tender list extraction with quantities directly from Revit.
